Premium Service from Tibet Horizon: Train Tour to Lhasa, Shigatse and Everest

From the moment I reached out to Tibet Horizon, their team was incredibly patient and helpful in planning our trip. Following their suggestion, we decided to take the Qinghai-Tibet Train from Xining to Lhasa. Despite the long journey, the views from the train were absolutely stunning. For over a day, we were treated to a variety of landscapes outside our window, from snowy mountains to green meadows and lakes. Once we arrived, our adventure in Tibet began, and each standout of the itinerary unfolded smoothly. Visiting Mount Everest was definitely the pinnacle, watching the sunset and sunrise at Everest Base Camp was truly unforgettable. Exploring the ancient Potala Palace was like stepping back in time, and the peaceful atmosphere at Yamdrok Lake was breathtaking. But what really made our trip special was our guide. They were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing Tibet's culture and history. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, sharing interesting stories and making sure we understood everything. Our trip with this Tibet Horizon was amazing. We're so grateful for the unforgettable memories and experiences. Big thanks to the whole team for making it all possible.

    Dreamlike Train Tour from Xining to Tibet: Lhasa+Shigatse+Everest

    Starting this journey to Tibet was like stepping into a dream, perhaps beginning from the moment we boarded the train in Xining bound for Lhasa. As we embarked on the Qinghai-Tibet Train, we were greeted by a panorama of breathtaking scenery: snow-capped mountains, verdant meadows, and serene lakes. Despite the hours spent on the train, the ever-changing landscapes outside the window provided solace and inspiration. Upon arrival in Lhasa, we were warmly welcomed by our guide outside the station, marking the beginning of our nine-day adventure.

    Over the course of our journey, we had the privilege of visiting iconic landmarks such as the majestic Potala Palace, where the rich history of Tibetan Buddhism came alive before our eyes. We explored ancient monasteries, each exuding its own aura of spirituality, and embarked on a pilgrimage to the sacred Yamdrok Lake, its turquoise waters shimmering in the sunlight. One of the highlights of our trip was undoubtedly our visit to Mount Everest Base Camp. As we stood in awe of the world's highest peak, watching the sunset cast hues of orange and pink upon its towering summit, we were reminded of the sheer magnificence of nature. It was a moment that will forever be etched in our memories. Throughout our journey, our guide's dedication and expertise were unwavering. Whether sharing captivating stories about Tibetan culture or ensuring our comfort and safety, he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His professionalism and attention to detail truly made this journey a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
